Profile: Dave Burr

Dave Burr is the founder of Groundroll.com, an enterprise of AMG Teleran Corporation, of which he is CEO and founder.  AMG Teleran is the publisher of  SalesInSync.com (http://www.salesinsync.com) a well-known on-line sales process management tool. The company also operates AMGAlerts.com (http://www.amgalerts.com), a web-based system for issuing time-sensitive mass notifications via e-mail, text, and voice. AMGAlerts is used by schools and businesses across the U.S.

He also is a principal at TeleSight, a Chicago-based company specializing in customer satisfaction measurement for companies such as GE, Microsoft, Sprint, Dell, Sears, JP Morgan Chase, and many others.

In prior lives, Dave has worked in engineering, business analysis, and marketing for well-known companies in appliances, material handling, and food packaging.

He is also the founder of Lumisoft, publisher of AirTools, a popular general aviation flight planning application. Other Lumisoft published titles include SmartLog and PacketMagic (aimed at hobbyists), and NameGen Pro and AimandFire, oriented toward marketing professionals.

He holds an MBA from Purdue University (Krannert).
